Was looking for a place to test a M.2 drive that may be faulty. Phoned on 16/07/2016 and was told by the person on the phone they had an adapter for M.2. Clearly told him that I would be coming the next day. The next day (17/07/2016), there was no M.2 adapter because the tech was not here and the other employees couldn't access his stuff. Lost 1h getting there and coming home because the guy on the phone didn't tell me he'd lock up the M.2 adapter. Not going there ever again.
